We renovated our house with Shane Renovations after a friend recommended them. Our house is almost 100 years old and the last renovations were done a few decades ago. We were very happy with Shane's suggestions, but at the same time, we felt they were flexible with changing their design to accommodate all our needs. Shane Renovations converted an addition into a mudroom, removed a wall to open up the room, installed a new kitchen and did a complete bathroom renovation. A lot of the small things I did myself. I was glad that they were willing to work together with me.The renovation went very smooth thanks to timelines and open communication about excpectations, cost and other factors that influenced our decisions. Price wise Shane Renovations were at the higher end, but we are very satisfied with their quality work and also the fact that they stick to their timeline. I can only say good things about them and I am happy that we went with Shane Renovations!
