We hired finished basements.ca in March 2015 to do our basement. From our first meeting with Kyle, to designing with Igor, to plotting out the electrical with Igor and then picking out colours / flooring with Natalie we were impressed. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient. We never got the feeling we were being “sold” but rather taken care of as if we were family. We really liked how organized the whole company is as well. It’s a well oiled machine which means there was nothing for us to stress about. They take care of everything in house and make sure everyone they deal with has the same standards that they do. The work that they did was above and beyond our expectations and we couldn’t be more thrilled with our new living space. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone
