From the time of the quote to when the installation occurred it was within the time frame they said it would be. The installation included 14 windows and took 2 days. Only half a day more than they expected. They were efficient and cleaned up the mess they made. As for the product, the window are great so far and I can't wait to test them out during a cold snap next winter. So far very satisfied. I will be recommending this company to friends and plan on using them again for a basement window dig-out and replacement this summer.
