I’ve actually purchased two homes from them, one in 2005 and another in 2011. Both of the homes I still own and haven’t had any issues in terms of construction or workmanship. Plus, the quality and the service was outstanding. Joe Ferrante especially was excellent. Anytime you needed something done or need some help he would make it happen.
