After looking up numerous home inspectors online I'm very happy I chose Rick. He showed up early, was extremely thorough with his inspection and very knowledgeable with any questions we asked him. He was really friendly and we ended up learning a lot from him that day. I can't believe how quickly I received the home inspection report too. The price was more than fair for the in depth inspection he performed. I would definitely use Rick again in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.
