When we decided to convert our 30 year old cedar shake roof to ashphalt i sought out 4 quotes. three came in and one didn't show up as promised to present it. two of the quotes were within a hair of each other and both business owners were friendly, efficient, presented extremely comprehensive proposals including liability insurance, worksafe proof, work and site plans, as well as three different price points for the project and advice about each. I chose Dave at Landmark and am happy with my decision. the work was done yesterday, virtually 99 percent of it complete in a 14 hour day for the crew! the guys were great, friendly, helpful, worked hard to take advantage of the first sunny day. i'm tipping them for their great performance! clean up was good, Dave came back and helped me clean the attic, which is definitely above and beyond the call of duty. I would definitely recommend Landmark; you can be certain that the price will be super competitive with other reputable roofing companies and that the owner will be on site several times a day during your project, to answer questions and make sure everything is on track.
