We used Zaid's service for our move from Toronto to Cambridge at the end of June. Booked via e-mail a month in advance. However, when the time came we asked Zaid if he could do it one day earlier. We asked only a day in advance. Zaid had a move that day but he still not only accommodated us but did a fantastic job. He brought two men with him who were the nicest and most efficient workers. They took great care of our belongings and carpet. The move was done quicker than we thought it would take. And for the great service, Zaid charged us HALF of what the large moving companies had quoted. Thank you Zaid. I needed a home inspection for a house I was looking to buy. Rick not only did a very thorough job, but he also also demonstrated a deep knowledge of structural components and safety codes. I was buying the first time, so I benefitted from all the home maintenance and repair tips he gave me along the way. But the best part is his report. This in depth report is so well illustrated and explained that if I read it even two years from now I will be reminded of every detail we discussed during the inspection.
