"Honest" is the most appropriate way to describe Demitri. My humidifier stopped working. He did troubleshooting with patient. He proposed most cost effective option to fix the issue instead of replacing entire unit which would have made him more money. He had to visit couple of times to rectify the issue. He is pleasant to work with and responds to phone calls/text in timely fashion. I would certainly recommend Demitri to my friends and family in future.
