After searching many stores for nice counter stools for our kitchen within our budget, we happened to find 4 great stools from KSP. The prices were unbeatable for the quality we were getting. The staff is always super helpful and friendly. Their kitchen and other home products are great too!!

Tiles for kitchen backsplash, rock for wall
We had bought quartz rock to put around our fireplace for a sale price at another company for $8/sq.ft (normally $14/sq ft). We wanted to cover a post that we had with the same rock - so we went to Tile Shoppe and found it for $5 sq/ft. CANNOT BE BEAT. And they have incredible selection. Find what you want out there, and chances are they will have it at the Tile Shoppe. We also got our kitchen backsplash tile from there also. Customer service is top notch.
Amazing work, amazing person. No hesitation - this is the guy you want to install your garage door opener... extremely professional, kind, personable, funny, great conversationalist and honest. He didn't have the model we wanted, so for the same price gave us a higher model. Have had no issues and we've recommended him to everyone we know.
Duct Cleaning and range hood installation
Duct cleaning was well done and for a very reasonable price (I don't remember the details, but for our 3,400 sq ft home, it was under $200. However, what was stellar was that he also installed our range hood for the low price he quoted us - despite the extreme challenges faced and had to come 2 nights to complete the job and buy additional parts.
Every time we've been to Crate and Barrel, we've always been impressed with the exceptional customer service - whether it's the salesperson or cashier or stock person. They go out of their way to ensure a convenient and satisfying experience. Many other companies that offer similar products (that are considered more "high end") can take a few lessons!
