Great selection of products. Customer service is pretty decent, but the inventory is way over priced. Do your research and price compare before buying here. The place is a little dingy as well.
Horrible customer service. Ongoing issues in my and many of my neighbours units that still have not been rectified after two years. People are paying hundreds and hundreds of dollars for their heating system that failed after 2 years. Pemberton enjoys luring clients in, but when it comes to customer service and dealing with deficiencies, they put their hands up and turn away. Not a way to conduct business Pemberton. Buyer beware!
I purchased a complete home office from this Ikea location in Etobicoke. The product was perfectly fine. The customer service from a department manager named Corrado was simply atrocious. This gentleman completely brushed us off when asking for help and in addition, justified his behavior because he was "busy". He didn't get us any other help and when I asked for his name later on, he had no problem giving it to me, as if he wasn't going to be reprimanded for his attitude. I contacted Ikea and although they assured they would speak to him, his behavior remains the same. Wake up Ikea Etobicoke. Its 2013. Customer service should always be a priority.
I ordered and purchased custom curtains from this store more than a year ago. I specifically asked for black outs. Not only did the order take an additional 6 weeks, but apparently I never requested black outs. Horrible customer service. The owner shut the phone on me. I will never ever deal with this place again.
My family room carpet was in severe need of cleaning and I really thought I had to purchase a new one. Thanks to Parma for providing quick and efficient cleaning. My carpet looks brand new!

Despite the fact that the builder maintains a high quality image, communication and customer service needs significant improvement. Please ensure you do your research and read all important documents. I would somewhat recommend this builder, but they're are far more superior and reliable ones such as Tridel. Thank you.
