He came to access while I was at work -left quote in mail box. We talked on phone and he came and completed work while I was at work. Came home on the agreed date and it was all done and the work site was clean.
owner of company, listened well, communicated well. had a new room excivated onto existing basement. agreeable to price but i wanted less but we agreed in the end. with that price he agreed to include extras. time issue was fine but the big issue was they did damage part of my property which they did not except liability for.....still have the problem, never got fixed. the room itself was satisfied.
