I hired this company to renovate my kitchen and redo the floors on the main floor of my house, as well as replace some windows. A renovation that was suppposed to take 5 weeks ended up taking close to 9 months and they left the job unfinished, even though I had already paid them for the work. They never did come back to finish the job, despite being promised that they would and I had to hire someone else to finish painting, electrical work and final carpentry work on the cabinets. All of the cabinets they installed were crooked and the window installation was improperly done, so I'm already having problems with the windows closing properly. They also neglected to get a permit for the job, so I don't know if things were done to code in the end. Very, very disappointed with their work and would not recommend them to anyone.

I have hired this company to complete a waterproofing and landscaping job in my backyard. He hasn't done the work yet, but my experience so far has been great. We started the negotiation in October and signed the deal in February. Throughout that time, he has spent lots of time with me explaining the work, has negotiated the price down to within my budget and has done 4 rounds of revisions to the contract, breaking the job down to suit my budgetary requirements. I have found the experience to be reassuring and am confident that they will do a good job. They have been thorough in their estimates accounting for all aspects of the work, as well as extremely patient with my individual needs. They are not the cheapest company I received quotes from, but the one that I would recommend.
