Two men came in to do service in July 2014. As the skinny person working on the furnace, he said we have to change motor and pressured us to spend extra $300+ dollars which we disagreed as we know it all working perfect. we just changed the thermocouple ourselves recently. They were so mad and left doing something to the fan inside the furnace. It won't shut off or it was not heating. so we paniced. called the office and explained what happened. so, the lady said not to worry. they will come back and fix it right away. guess what? they came back within in an hour and fixed it. when the skinny guy came back he had something very small in his hand . we believe he took that piece with him when he left earlier!! so scary.. didn't put an official complaint which we should have done. the office lady apologized so, we just let it go. They again tried to sell their service last week and reluctantly gave them another chance on another property because of their cheap rate and the outcome is the same. scare you to death re: code, parts etc. So be careful.
