We had racoon trying to get into attic via roof vent - Nathaniel came same day, assessed damage and installed metal screens. He is very professional, pleasant to deal with and really knows what he is doing. The most important I didn't feel being pressured, or pushed to use his recommendations. We’ve done our "homework" before hiring this company. We went for wood as has the "worm" feeling and Canadian Superbilt Shutters quoted me absolutely the best prices that we could get anywhere. John is first and foremost very professional: he really knows his job so feel "safe" taking his suggestions and recommendations. Customer assistance provided by Gale was also very helpful and nicely provided. We love our shutters – they are great part of decoration and basically piece of beautiful furniture.
