On very short notice, Stephen came to assist in diagnosing a problem we had with an intermittent frozen pipe in the garage. He is a anomaly. What a wonderful guy! He brought a Thermography camera, and within 2 minutes had diagnosed our problem. We were so taken, we invited him in for a scotch. He is professional, and his rates were exceptional.
