this is our first time building our own house. Since day one I felt that the customer service was great. Erin in the sales office was amazing and was able to answers any question I had even when I had dumb one. Carla from the decor centre was friendly approachable, her eye for design and her knowledge of colors really made my home beautiful. Once everything was chosen I had the pleasure of meeting the site manager John. He's been able to help me throughout my construction period and now since I've moved in he's been amazing! Every time I had a question a repair he was always to quick in his reponse and delivery. John and his crew are the reason for such a great experience. Thank you guys for all your hard work!
