Scott was a great salesman, in that he was very knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and questions, and was not pushy in the least. The crew that came over was mostly professional (2 out of 3). The person that was not did minimal work, and so his impact on the job was minimal. My only complaint is that the booking department took quite a while to return my calls and set up the work days. Once he did in fact call, however, he was very helpful. I have recommended this company to my mother.
