My wife and I met several window companies to replace our original windows that were wooden framed. All of the sales people were good, but... The sales person from Beverly Hills brought a briefcase full of info. Clear, precise and thorough explanations were laid down to us. There was no push to try to upsell us, or to do more than what was required. With the bonus of having terrific triple pane windows and all the UV goodies etc. Beverly Hills was an easy decision. But the sales pitch to us (perfect as it was), was not the reason I'm here gushing about these people. It was the installation part. They were to take 2 days to replace 12 openings in my house. It was done in ONE! They had a team of guys each doing a particular function, like a well oiled machine. Speed accuracy and attention to detail was perfected. I was speechless. They went about doing the job with two days in mind, but they were just unbelievable with precision, that they completed in one day. I find myself repeating this because my house is a Cape Cod style house with "pitched" (extremely angled roofing) and it was a breeze for these guys. I was so taken aback at the Quality of the work that I bragged to a workmate and now come next week, as I write this, Beverly Hills is going in to do his windows as well. Would I use Beverly Hills again?...well let's see...Great sales people, on time when they said they would be, great price and discounts, top quality service and install...hmmmm..I think that's a yes. Oh and I love the idea of a warranty that lasts a few decades and is transferred to the next home owner if I should sell..Need I say more...
