I brought in Troy, Tony and Dylan once again to develop my entire basement after the great job they did on the floor upstairs. The basement only had insulation in the wall and concrete floors. The before picture I took was after they started on framing. They were just as good if not better this time around. They found a way to get premium finishing done right and were very efficient on cost. It's not often you can say a contractor is more particular than the client but that was the case here more often than not. Troy was once again great for communication, pointing things out and ensuring I was comfortable with every decision. They tell me this is the largest scope of job they have taken on and they did a great job stepping up their game.

I was given some bad advice on which fitting to use to connect my fridge to a water line at a large home reno store and it failed right before I had to head out for work out of town. The shut off valve was a bit leaky so we shut off the main water and my wife wanted the water back on, so she called Clearview to come in and look at our issue for a 70 dollar dispatch fee. They came within a few hours which was nice and had decent advice to replace the fixture with copper or braided hose. My issue was that they didn't come with the parts required even though we told them what the issue was and that they wanted 600 dollars for what they admitted was 20 minutes of labor and about a 30 dollar part. My wife called me and I sent them packing after the tech told me that his iPad determined pricing and not common sense. He told me that "Calgary is expensive" and to call the office to ask about pricing so I did. The office said they had to call the tech. Finally next day I got a call from the office and they said the tech provided me the correct options. I told them they were going to get a review and here it is. I had to fix the problem myself when I got back. I guess I got 70 dollar advice if anything. Beware of this company if you want quick and very easy work done since they charge you like it's a large job. I tried to recover the dispatch fee because their pricing is the equivalent of entrapment but that went nowhere either.

we had a fitting fail on our fridge and had to replace a floor quickly. Troy, Tony and Dylan were quick, responsive and professional. They adapted on the fly to what we needed/wanted as the job went on and were reasonable on pricing. In order to make our baseboards blend, they offered to paint at a reasonable rate even though that wasn't a service they typically advertise. They noticed a lot of details and things to consider that I didn't notice as well. Troy answered texts very quickly when I had questions as well. Will probably use them again for our basement. Highly recommended!
