Many thanks to Tom for his continued help and assistance. As a new condo owner, was unfamiliar with the electric blinds system. Tom was on-site to diagnose the problem which simplified the cost and solution. He also actively communicated with the supplier on the order and was gracious to help again at both the initial install and follow-up visit.
