I had purchased a Groupon for this service. They arrived on time as promised. Finished within a reasonable period of time. Explained the process and readily -- both owner and associate -- answered my questions. Ihsaan recommend including the cleaning of the AC coils for better performance at a reasonable cost, which I accepted to do. Satisfied with their work and attitude.
