Wonderful service - I needed someone to come out to my house to repair a leaky gasoline and replace the line to my stove. Max gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone and was at my house in less than two hours - earlier than promised. Max efficiently resolved our issues and took the time to ensure that all of our appliances, the water heater and the fireplace were working before he left. Max saved the day and the weekend for us.

Excellent work done at a reasonable price. Our old roof was removed, ice shied and membrane put on and the new shingles. The sheathing was replaced part of the roof. The job was done as quoted, in the time stated and the site was impeccable when the job was completed. I wouldn't hesitate to use Awash again!

This is the second time that we ave used 416-So-Clean and I would not hesitate to use them again. I received a very quick response to an email request for an appointment and everything that I was told in terms of the time, the advance confirmation and the way that the service would be done was followed to the smallest detail. The technician arrived on time, was polite (yet friendly), very respectful of our home, walked through the services with me both before and afterwards and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. Te next day, I even received a follow-up call to ensure that I was satisfied.

My mother-in-law gave us seven century old chairs and a wonderful old pedestal table (solid top and veneer on the sides and pedestal)all of which were sorely in need of restoration and refinishing. In addition, we had an eight year old recliner that needed new springs and reupholstering. Jeff Linder and his team impressed me immediately with their knowledge,passion and customer service. Jeff clearly knows his stuff and obviously cares very much about wood. I was so impressed with Jeff that I didn't bother to even speak to anyone else. Our goal was to get the project completed and the furniture delivered before my in-laws came to visit. My furniture was picked-up and delivered on time and as promised. Jeff gave me updates on progress along the way and helped us to choose the perfect finish - even though we kept him waiting long after closing time. The chairs were repaired and the old veneer was patched. The recliner is no longer held together with a bungie cord but is better than new. Wood Specialties did a wonderful job! The table and chairs look so good that my in-laws were amazed. I would not hesitate to deal with Jeff and the team at Wood Specialties again. Their work is excellent and their service (and sense of humour) is even better!

We recently purchased a 90 year old home that had knob and tube and some really scary DIY electrical. Since we only had a month between closing dates, we needed to get the work done quickly so that we could get the plaster repaired and floors done. Rushforth was completely reliable from the beginning and their work was excellent. The electricians working in our home were punctual, pleasant, did excellent work and made some very helpful suggestions about switch and outlet placement. While the general work was very good, we particularly appreciate the extras that were provided such as replacing switches, installing fixtures etc. I would not hesitate to call Rushforth in again.

We completed renovations on our 90 year old home two days before we were scheduled to move in. Clean and Shiny worked with our schedule and showed up for 10:00 on a Sunday morning. They dealt cheerfully and efficiently with the dust, debris and grime and managed to make the house livable in four hours. I was so impressed that I had them come back and do the post-move clean of our condo. This is a wonderful and reliable service and I would not hesitate to use them again.
