We have two dogs and the wear and tear from them had left our kitchen area and stairs in rough shape. Contacted Ky and one other place. After exchanging a few phone calls and text messages, had a firm quote within a few hours which was reasonable. Checked out BBB (not that useful) and Homestars and decided to go with Ky. Communication prior to and throughout the job was very good. We always knew where things were at and when he was coming back. The results from the job were excellent, and far exceeded our expectation. We did not think that our floors and stairs could look that good again. Ky invests in his equipment and he was trying out a new gadget on our job, so this is someone who takes has a lot of pride in his work. The fact that payment was required only at the end of the job demonstrates that he is confident that his work will speak for itself. I have a lot more wood floors that will eventually also need refinishing and would absolutely use Bull Tough again. I'm just worried that with all these good reviews he's going to be too busy to help us, but knowing Ky he will find a way. :-)
