Shortly after moving into my house we had a flyer from Joel Daniels. Just from the flyer I could see they were a professional group. I saw their trucks at a couple of jobs in the neighbourhood and always paid attention as I drove by. When I was finally ready to put eavestrough on my house they were my first call. They sent someone out to talk to me and finalize the details. They did a great job. Later when I built a shed and sunroom I went with them again. I've been very happy with their work, the way they work, and the quality of the staff. I never felt worried for their safety like I have when I've seen other companies working at heights. Despite all this great eavestrough work, the reason for writing this review is because Joel Daniels helped me when I was really in a bind. One cold winter night there was a terrible wind storm and I lost shingles at three places on my roof. The days are so short in the Winter and I thought it would be really tough to get some help. I went up to Joel Daniels location around 7AM and asked if they could help. They had other jobs that day but they made sure to look after me. In the cold and awful weather they came quickly and were up on the roof fixing the damage. Everything was done before noon. It was their willingness to help when I really needed it that impressed me. I would recommend them and am happy to have found a great company that I will be calling whenever I need the type of services that they provide.
