About a month ago we had a guest spend a night in our basement bedroom, and he was convinced he heard some scratching in the wall or ceiling. Every year or two we have an unwelcome visitor with a long skinny tail slip into our home, and it seemed he or a member of his family was back. A couple of evenings later my wife heard something chewing in the wall in our downstairs rec room which is adjacent to the bedroom. In the past I have put out baited traps, and set some poison in a bowl; but this once resulted in the untimely death of a creature inside our wall cavity. So, I went to Homestars looking for a pro to do the job right, and liked what I read about Pest Maven. I often use Homestars, and have never had a bad experience. The reviews were accurate. Rob is a pro, knows how rats think, and harnesses their habits to get them leave on their own. Then, he discovered all the little places that I had missed where they could get back in, and covered them with metal to keep them out. No Rats in my walls now, and I think the problem is licked. It's a great feeling to solve a problem with a simple phone call...money very well spent.

We have recently done a complete make-over of our 30 year old home, and this included all new flooring.
