Patrick and his team installed the hardwood flooring to our entire second floor, installed and stained new steps on the stair case, and installed baseboard throughout the main floor and second floor. They were able to stain the stairs to perfectly match the colour of hardwood, and also perfectly matched the shine of the varnish finish on the stairs to the floor, as well. Despite being so busy he kept to his promised time line to complete the job and they left no mess behind when they were done. His team was very helpful even helping us out with trimming closet doors, and baseboards, to fit nicely. Patrick and his team were very accommodating. He is very reasonably priced and he kept to the price he quoted us. I would recommend Patrick and his team, from Recovery Flooring, to anyone looking for good workmanship at a reasonable price. After finding water coming out of the furnace, when we turned the a/c on, I called to schedule a service appointment. For the first scheduled appointment, the individual called well after the approximate appointment time to tell me he wasn't able to make it. I called him back the next morning and we again rescheduled an appointment for later that day. He told me he'd message me once he was freed up from his current errand. He never did call. This time he didn't even bother to call to reschedule the appointment again. He'd done something similar, in the winter, when I called about having a humidifier installed. He asked me to text my contact info to him, for a follow, as he was busy at the time, and even with some call backs I never heard from him. They were quick with the installation but follow up/repair services are horrible. Good customer service isn't just in sales services but repair service too. Or at least I think so.

We found Rocco on Homestars and were very happy with his work. We were looking for someone who could create drawings to submit to the city, to acquire a permit to tear a wall down and open up the kitchen. Rocco was very efficient, knowledgeable, and worked with us to accommodate any changes we wanted. He kept within the budget he quoted us as well as the time frame he estimated.
