We are both engineers and have very little patience for roofers who give us B.S. answers to our questions or who cannot explain, in technical terms why certain "additions" are necessary. Ryan was very honest, articulate and capable of explaining, very clearly what was and was not needed. Extra work we requested did not come with alarming price-tags, and we appreciated that a day and a half worth of work was not going to cost us in the five-figure range (which is ridiculous given that materials are between $1000-$1500). Most of the more established, well rated roofing companies will charge twice or three times the rate because they subcontract their work. Ryan's team was efficient and got the job done within a day, working late to finish the project. Ryan was very responsive, and easy to contact. We highly recommend Impact Roof Works.

Your house was definitely a challenging project having 2 layers of shingles and 1 layer of cedar on the roof. Removing all the layers was very labor intensive but absolutely necessary as so we could install a proper underlayment system and re-do the flashings.
