I normally don't like dealing with contractors, except for those few who truly understand the value of customer service. And Shayan and his team are the best! On time. On budget. Excellent job. Friendly. And Shayan knows that superior customer service is the key to happy customers. I highly recommend Shayan and Chromatist for any painting needs, you will be so happy you did.

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

I would like to make sure you know how kind and helpful Tracy was (sorry, don't know her last name). The access to my basement was difficult but she went out of her way to assist in ensuring the drywall would fit, collecting photos, checking with her warehouse team, etc. and displaying a can-do attitude. Fantastic customer service! The guys who delivered were great also. No complaining and strong as an ox, they made quick work of the difficult delivery. I didn't get their names but please know they did a fantastic job! I really appreciate the basement delivery service! Thanks to you all.
