Sano was very responsive, communicative and fast service. They ran a natural gas line from an exiting barbecue line and under our back deck for a fire table. I would recommend their services.
Annual Boiler Maintenance and Radiator swap
Jordan Ashley from Azul Mechanical (recommended by Kris from Denmark Mechanical while he is away), serviced our boiler and swapped out two sets of cast iron radiators for us. He was professional, very pleasant to work, with and did a great job.
New Boiler and hot water tank, in-floor radiant heat and radiator relocation
Kris was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and extremely accommodating. His helper and plumber were also very competent and polite. During a very stressful renovation, Kris went out of his way to accommodate our ever changing schedule and worked long hours to keep our project moving.
It was a busy, but enjoyable job. You have a top notch heating system now. In-floor heating and cast iron radiators combines the best of hydronic heating. Every homeowner should care as much as you do about their heating system.
Underpinning & walkout inspections, and wall removal
We hired K H Davis for the following: * Inspection of underpinning * Specification of load bearing beams in the basement and on the main floor * Specifications for a wall and walkout, and * Installation of the beam on the main floor. Ken and his team were professional, prompt, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The workmanship was also top notch. We would highly recommend K H Davis.
