Diane Gibeault from Mississauga

From what I have seen at their Mississauga location, it seems to me they are much better at building a new sofa than recovering one although their website indicates they do reupholstery. My sofa was recovered and when I finally got it, it was squeaking at one end, the seams were showing on the back cushions and the material wrinkled after you sat on it. They picked it up and attempted to fix the problems and most of them were fixed, however, it still sinks down at the end which previously had the squeak. I am somewhat satisfied but sorry that I didn't just go with a new one from the start. Very helpful initially but then a big change for the worse for customer service after they have your commitment. Their customer service is lacking - leave messages and don't get call returned, forget about your project, don't answer e-mails, etc. Would recommend for new only - not reupolstery.

Ambia's service is beyond reproach. Very professional yet friendly and customer service is no doubt their priority. I replaced all 7 windows in my townhouse. Since this a condo, I was very limited in my choice of windows. Ambia had the most color choices of vinyl available in comparison to others which had only 1 or 2 beige/almond colors. I was thoroughly impressed with their workmanship and even more so when I saw them replacing all my inside casings with wood rather than the fibreboard so often used today. Their price as well was very favourable in comparison to other quotes. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need of new windows. Top Notch Company!!
