17" by 22' Carport on existing concrete driveway
I called Mike on Thursday evening and left a message, he called back same night, showed up next the morning and took some measurements. Said he would have a quote to me by Monday. Had quote to me a day earlier on Sunday. He had the bulding permit within a week. Started footings Tuesday, Dec. 14th and said I would have a canopy to drive under by Friday. To my surprise I had a roof to drive under on Thursday the 16th, a day earlier than projected. In my past experience, these type of construction projects don't usually run on time. By the following Wednesday Dec. 23 the roofers were done. After a week break between Christmas and New Years, first thing Monday morning the 4th of January the eaves trough, soffit and fascia were installed. Start Date: Dec. 14th, completed by Jan 4th. And for the record, during those two weeks the temperature was hovering around -8,-9 C, with a wind chill of -15C. Talk about determination. And all of the various workers, concrete men, builders, roofers were very conscious in cleaning up after their work was done. Kudos to Harlequin Homes for making this project so smooth and worryfree.
