Responsive. On-time. Acceptable diagnosis. I had confidence in the fact that they use a professional quote system that details the complaint, diagnosis, the parts required, and labour. There was no guessing. Labour rate was reasonable. Quick access to parts and subsequent repair of stovetop. Sergey provided honest advice re: ROI on repair of older dishwasher (see note below). I am confident in using of Fix Appliances Ca in the future and will recommend to friends and family. Additional Note: Sergey and office staff were very courteous when I became frustrated about a subsequent failure of the dishwasher that was diagnosed due to a repair last year by another appliance service that installed a non-OEM part after a flood. The non-OEM intake valve and the poor installation caused the dishwasher to with water. The water line was crimped and would have eventually failed causing another costly flood.

We are very happy with our new kitchen blinds that give us the light and privacy we wanted. Lisa is very helpful and competent in advising us on product, style, and colour for all our window covering projects. Installation was quick and clean.
