I just had the most unbelievable service from this company. Our garage door opener was malfunctioning for the past several months, and I had resigned myself to replacing it. I put out a call on Homestars for quotes, and I had barely closed my browser window when the service guy called me. On explaining the problem, he immediately diagnosed it as something interfering with the sensor eyes, and recommended cleaning and tweaking their position, with no charge. He could totally have taken this call, and charged me a service visit and even a replacement, and I wouldn't have been any the wiser. This is some of the best service I've ever received - and SO FAST! Thanks Harris Doors!

Our furnace stopped working one cold morning. We called Jamison and Kurt was able to come out within an hour or so. He first attempted to troubleshoot the issue over the phone to avoid a service call if possible. When it became clear that we needed his help, he came over and fixed the problem immediately. His minimum charge also accounts for the first hour of work, and we felt it was more than fair. He made a same-day return visit due to an unexpected vibration and fixed it at no additional charge even though he spent an additional 45 minutes working on it. We really appreciated how he clearly explained in detail what he was doing and why. He also identified a problem with our thermostat (at no charge) to keep an eye on for the future. He doesn't upsell and we felt very comfortable having him in our home.
