Anton, from Beaver Brothers Inc., came to give us a quote for replacing our deck. He listened carefully, and gave excellent suggestions about the design and materials and a straightforward quote. It was immediately clear that he was knowledgeable about construction methods, the necessary codes and the time it would take. Anton and his brother David started the work promptly (by making use of a weather winter in December). They demolished the old deck, set new sturdy foundations, beams and joists, and created steps, decking and a bench in high quality cedar. The woodwork was beautifully finished with extra edging and smoothed to a silky surface. All of this was completed within the quoted 3 days and within budget, exactly as they had planned. We are delighted with the result.
