Job was estimated by Peter for a reasonable price to tear off existing layers and replace with new 40yr shingles, redo the flashing and replace the vents. Crew came in, worked quickly and were on their way. Very happy with the way my roof looks and I am guessing it will far outlast the rest of the house.
