Joe and Kyle did a wonderful job and were a pleasure to have around for the eight days they were here. The house is 120 years old, so many of the bricks were water-damaged and broken. They found replacement bricks that were an excellent match for the surrounding ones and they also matched the colour of the mortar used. They were meticulous in their work, often going over the same area two or three times to see if they had missed anything. They even removed an ugly electrical wires pipe that had been disconnected in the 1970s and replaced the bricks where it had entered the house, a huge plus. And they cleaned up after themselves. We figure the house is good for another 120 years. We recommend them whole-heartedly.

We have a beloved hat rack that has been in the family for several generations. It was quite wobbly and had a lived-in look. We called Milton to see if he could fix it up. He explained that it should be taken apart and the old glue removed, then refinished and repaired. We sent pictures and received a quote. On agreeing, Milton arrived promptly and took the hat rack and part of our old piano, the music placement part that was badly scratched and dented. Both pieces came back transformed. We were delighted with the result. The hat rack is back in place and not a wobble plus the drawer was fixed and some missing crown moulding replaced. We felt we got excellent value for our money and it was a pleasure to deal with Milton.

I used Green & Spotless about 2 years ago to clean my area rug and they fixed a few grout lines in the shower that were bothering me. I liked the job at the time and at this time I called them to restore the whole shower. The job was completed within 4hr. approx. and the shower looks great and clean.
