Purchased a flat track door system from this company. Nice quality of parts but seemed to be missing a few nuts. The "instructions" were worse then ikea...very little to no detail. I called politely informing we were missing parts. She agreed to send them but was very rude and arrogant about it. Will definitely find another supplier for the next one.
