Found a leak this morning in a bedroom ceiling. After going into the attic, we found that water was leaking down a plumbing stack. Called Canuck Roofing and spoke with Will (very courteous and helpful) who was able to send someone within 2 hours. Kenny provided excellent service. He found the plumbing stacks needed to be re-caulked and one boot had to be replaced. He did an inspection of the entire roof, found a few nails that also needed to be caulked. He did all the work in less than an hour and provided photos for us. Kenny was very knowledgeable and friendly. Price was exactly what was quoted. We would HIGHLY recommend Canuck Roofing! JMT replaced our asphalt shingle roof. John (the owner) is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was open and honest about what work needed to be done & not done, how long the job would take (2.5 days), materials, costs, etc. John proactively called us at the end of each work day to ensure we had a status update on the work completed that day and just to check that we were satisfied. We really appreciated that. The crew was punctual, polite and extremely conscientious. They ensured the work site was cleaned up every night before they left and did a big general cleanup at the end of the job. John even had his crew install an anchor on the new roof so my dad and husband could harness in to safely clean our new roof in the future. We would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend JMT to anyone needing a new roof. If you need a new roof, look no further.
