Sanjay picked up his phone when I called the night our washer broke down. He was there the next evening, coming all the way to downtown Toronto from Scarborough. He had to come again the next night with a part but got it all fixed and even stopped our dehumidifier from making an annoying rattling noise. He is friendly and is just striking out on his own.
