Called TSR on a Sunday of a long weekend for a wasp nest removal. Response was polite and quick, they came over on Victoria Day which was not expected. Team showed up and got right of it. They found the nest (in an attic) sprayed it, SHOWED US THE QUEEN (essential to eradicate a nest for good) and tidied up after themselves. Very happy with the service. THanks TSR!

The owner and his team are fantastic! Very knowledgeable and responsive. They don’t try to “scare” you in to buying what you don’t need, just the right balance of customer service and sales. I’ve been using them for years and will continue to do so for many more to come.

With a rodent phobic family, help was needed fast, and no one responds faster than Kevin at GTA. He was here within hours and assessed our unique situation. He methodically and thoroughly addressed the issue and and did so in an informative, friendly manner. We are now rodent free and value the ability to call on GTA when we need help.

What can I say other than superb! From the advice that "spending money will save you money", to the fast quotation, to the convenient booking time and finally, the flawless execution. Had a tub that was obstructed and Greg suggested the crane, he told me it would be cheaper then removing the obstruction and he was so right.... Guys came with the crane, and within minutes hoisted the tub over the house and put it on the truck. Delivered it the same way. No hassles, great attitudes from the moving team. Well done Braymore!!

Hired Hughes to disconnect and reconnect an air conditioner to allow the passage of a hot tub between houses. Difficult to coordinate hot tub movers and Hughes but Hughes remained flexible in terms of availability. They were to arrive at 11:30am disconnect and come back later to reconnect. At 12:15 Hughes arrived and said that he did not have the correct tool with him and would return shortly. By 2pm, he still had not arrived and I called to query. He was confused as to who I was... promised to be there in 40 minutes. Movers came and Hughes still had not returned. I called, texted and called again to no avail. Clearly the phone was turned off as it was going straight to voicemail. I pleaded via text as well to let me know what was going on. By 4pm, the movers left, without the tub and charged me. I lost the tub to another person and I had already paid over $2,200 for electrical plus the cost of the mover. Without a return call or even a text, Hughes just chose not to show up. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AND URGE YOU TO DO THE SAME.

Hired company to pour a textured concrete from steps to path. Attractive finish but not perfect. Contacted the “owner” to ask for touch-ups and he was terrible to deal with. Turns out the owner was a salesman misreprenting the real owner. Fortunately, the salesman is gone and the company has completely stepped up to ensure my satisfaction. This is a family business and they take their reputations seriously. They will be sure to make the job you hire them for reflects that. Expect them back in the spring to address my issues

Initial contact was with Jamie who was professional, courteous and honest during the initial phone assessment. Sherwin came to look the job over and was awesome to deal with. He was reassuring and consistent with Jamie. Job day came and the team, once again led by Jamie was flawless. Great work, cleared up after themselves and most importantly, my freeloading raccoons are gone. Thanks S.O.S.!

This is my second home which has been protected by Pre-Lock. Paul came by personally and advised on our needs without the worry of being oversold. We agreed on a price and his installation team was here in blink of an eye and did a great job of setting things up. Trust is everything when dealing with the security of my family and Pre-Lock has earned mine time and time again.
