We had noticed our eavestroughs were leaning away from the house in a few spots and rain would sometimes overflow. We called Armstrong and Nelson after seeing their strong reviews on Homestars and were not disappointed. Sam arrived on a Saturday morning, assessed the problem, and said he could fix it immediately, including any other issues that he saw along the way for no extra cost. Sam installed brackets, which would secure the troughs better than the existing nails. He even came back again later when we noticed a couple of other minor gaps. Overall we were very satisfied.

We had a major wasp problem by our front entrance. This made it very dangerous to get in and out so much that we had to use our side entrance. Naseer from PestEnd came to our home. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He did a dust treatment on our house and let us know that our wasps should be gone in 10 days or we should call them back if we continued to have problems. Unfortunately, we discovered that the wasps had a second entrance so another gentleman had to come back from PestEnd. We were worried that he would have to cut into our house but it turns out he just resprayed in every nook and cranny where the wasps were and didn't even charge us for the second treatment. Would definitely use them again.
