Andre proved that he's interested above all in solving a customer's problem. He's an out-of-the-box thinker who's essentially a very smart, knowledgeable consultant on noise and thermal problems in a building. I'd guess he'd be useful on solving many building-related problems, and is outstanding at what he does most -- configure, build and install noise-reducing solutions, particularly involving windows.
