Bought a sofa and loveseat from them customized with the fabric I chose from their catalogue. It turned out well and delivery was in 8 weeks which they said it was from 6 to 8 weeks. When it arrived, it had nail pops on the side which hurt my kids when he accidentally ran his fingers through the back of the seat. I asked for a technician to come by and fix it but he never came and upon follow-up, they advised us that we can just hammer it back in place. After 3 weeks, we found that the zipper at the back had burst open. I brought in the cushion back and they said that it would take 1 to 2 weeks. But it was now over 3 weeks and nothing yet. They only care about the sale, not the quality nor the service. They do not accept refunds nor returns either. Better make sure that you know that these people are not good in after sales servive.
