i went into Universal Lighting without a specific idea in mind. i wanted a chandelier for my new dining room. Although i was overwhelmed in the beginning (they carry a huge selection), a very helpful salesperson came and helped me choose the beautiful piece i ended up with. She was especially sensitive to my budget limitations and steered me towards choosing a piece that i loved and (most importantly)could afford! I would def go back there for future lighting needs

We had a broken pipe in the bathroom on the main floor that was leaking into the basement ceiling. The service men came out with in a few hours of the call and were very helpful. They got the part immediately which was very important since they had to shut off the water and i have little kids home! i would call them again for any plumbing issue.
