Hi Anne & Ian,
Your condo was not perfect but then again few are. What it was, was doable. The complex had typical maintenance neglect but none of it was critical. These Strata's need people like you to motivate them from complacency. You have also self motivated renovations to your unit, you have done a very nice retrofit.
