1. I was searching for an odd sized filter and the receptionist went to great lengths to try and track one down. 2, A/C failed to start. Luis arrived at 9 am next day. He diagnosed the problem, (failed capacitor), and checked the system all under warranty. So I had excellent, friendly, customer orientated service from two people who are a credit to Boonstra
