I have an old house and the electrical problems were somewhat bizarre due to old knob and tube. So we were nervous about where the work was going to lead. But Dave and his employees tackled the job and solved it one piece at a time in spite of encountering puzzles that undoubtedly added to their original estimate of the time and labour involved. Some contractors make the homeowner pay for every problem they encounter, but Dave followed our original agreement and got the job done. He was also extremely helpful in guiding our decision making for purchasing lights and fixtures for our basement and showing us how to complete the work in future. I always need two things in a contractor: Competence and integrity. This has been a good experience for us. Any future electrical work we require will be done by Dave.

Kaleb and his crew were very professional and polite..they put up a chain link fence at the side of our house and before they left the job, the crew fixed our front gate for us on their own time.unexpected and very appreciated...that was in 2012..this year 2013 we had them back to putin a 6 foot woodfence along the back of our yard..awesome job very nice looking fence...we are also talking about having them extend our deck in the back for us. Very happy with all the work we have had done.

M. Palapuz Construction (MPC) finished our basement for us. Dave was very approachable when we first met with him and very accommodating to what we wanted as well as staying very close to our budget. Among several estimates we had done MPC was by far the most reasonably priced. The whole process started a couple of weeks later than projected and finished a few weeks later than we would have liked but that is the only glitch we had through out the whole process, but I must say that Dave tried so hard to get it done on time for my sons birthday party. The trades that came to do the work were all very friendly, courteous, and professional and very tidy, we didn't feel we had to clean up after any of them which was greatly appreciated. Dave always addressed any of our concerns promptly and professionally and we feel every concern was handled very well. The quality of work was great. He was conscientious to finish it the way we wanted and we are very pleased with the finished product. We would highly recommend him to anyone we know without hesitation.

I have had Michael install mouldings, build an end run cabinet so a built in diswasher could be installed. He provides quality woodworking and has excellent carpentry skills. In fact he made my diswasher cabinet look custom. He also installed the electrical and plumbing requirements. Which is so valuable because it means one contractor on site. He has a easy going personality and is a pleasure to work with. He has been very good to me. I will be using him for future projects!!

Stayed within timelines and his guys were on time every day. He comes out to the job to make sure things are going as planned and is available if you need him or have questions. I knew from the initial meeting that I would choose johns company by the way he conducted himself. I am beyond happy that I chose to go have EFF do my laminate (3 bedrooms and hallway). THEY LOOK AMAZING! The workmanship is flawless. Casey was who did most of the flooring and he was awesome! A hard working perfectioist he is! Al joined him on the 3rd day and helped finish up and together they made the floors perfect. As most of us know it is extremley difficult to find hard working individuals that take pride in their work and stand behind their committments. I would highly reccommend EFF because they are all that and more! They certainly will be back in my home for my next flooring project! Thank you John, Casey and Alan for an an amazing job!
