Had a Samsung fridge stop cooling, and called Doctor Appliance. He helped me, during covid, to diagnose the issue, run the error codes, and figure out what my next steps needed to be. Compared to other repair services I called, he was responsive, knowledgeable and helped me make an informed decision about what to do. Because this ended up being a warranty claim, I wasn't able to choose Doctor Appliance for my final service. But, I would have.

"Oldy" Nusret was very responsive when I was seeking estimates. His passion for his work is evident, and he seems intent on doing a good job. His price wasn't the lowest of the estimates I got, but it was a great price considering the work he did. He also did some extra repointing at no charge.

Bryan and crew did a full aluminum to copper re-wire in our 2 storey home. I was impressed with the team's professionalism from the outset, beginning with the walk-through (with Bryan) to determine the necessary work. This was a massive job (in my opinion), that lasted several weeks. There were a few hitches related to scheduling (I suspect the job was bigger than originally expected, and ran over into other booked jobs), but in the end all the work (and post-work service) was top notch. I would definitely use this company again.
