MSR from Richmond Hill

I had a large basement full of stuff that needed to be taken to the dump. Richard came quickly to give me a quote and came today to do the removal. They were fast, efficient and careful not to toss anything that could potentially have been mistaken for junk. The basement was so clean after they left. Once again SOS have done a great job getting rid of our red squirrels. Jamie came yesterday and put on a one way door and mesh surrounding the area that the squirrels opened and continued to gnaw on. He put extra mesh to ensure that there was good coverage. I had called Sherwin last month when I saw the hole and the squirrel and when he came to examine it he insisted that we wait because it was the time when babies would be born and he knew that they wouldn't be able to get out until they were stronger. Sherwin's knowledge of all wildlife and their habits is extensive. I have complete trust that he had recommended the right course of action. Both Jamie and Sherwin completely explained all the work they had done and what to look and listen for to make sure the squirrels are gone. The warranty is great and their price is fair. Brandon and Nathan are professional and knowledgable and think carefully about the best solution to your issue. Our shower drain was leaking into the kitchen and they replaced the drain carefully and neatly. I am so pleased with everything they did.
