Rob was the first person to get back to me from a list of 3 recommended Home Inspectors from my Realtor. He was easy to communicate with, over text, phone, and email and he was straightforward without any tricky language. I appreciated how efficient he was in scheduling and also arriving to the property that I was purchasing the inspection for. He arrived early and got started before I had the chance to get there. He communicated at the beginning, a little throughout, and took us through an overview of the property at the end of his inspection. He was friendly, honest, and genuine and I really appreciated his simple insights and willingness to explain anything that I was ignorant too. It was very helpful and didn't feel passive or aggressive as it has in the past with other inspectors. Finally, we were under a time crunch and Rob delivered his report within only a couple of hours which was very well organized and thorough, with descriptions, pictures, and also helpful explanations and examples of the issues. This report was incredible and helpful. Overall, I'd recommend anyone looking to get a home inspection to use Ambicorp and Rob!

My gf Andrea and I walked in around 6pm (close to closing) and Alex Farajiwelcomed us pretty warmly and asked us what we needed. He was very concise, easy to speak to, and personable. I asked him some questions and made brief conversation and didn't shy away. He even entertained my curiosity in some aspects of the business. Within 15 or so minutes we had rented the right sized van we needed and had all of the paperwork complete. He proceeded to show us where the drop-off box was for keys and where we could park our car. From our very brief interaction and conversation, you can easily understand why Alex's title is Customer Service Specialist. He is very good at what he does and is a polite and competent individual. Thanks Alex, for the service and for the honesty.
